A learning-order tier list
If you wanted a power ranking, stop here and read the empty damage column on weapons. This page answers a different question: which key is worth learning before the others, given that the developer only published names.

What this list refuses
- No S-tier damage ranking. Damage figures were not published.
- No "best portal gun" among the skins. The pass texts grant a model, fluid, or colors.
- No Robux value order. Prices 404'd with the private experience, and a single wiki's price list was not adopted.
- Q as a knife is absent, because it is absent from the current description.
portalsandboxwiki's own tier page uses a learning ladder and says it will not fake damage ranks. I am doing the same job with the official names in front of me. If a later patch posts cooldown or damage, the table should be thrown out and rewritten. Until then, practicing T before X is the whole recommendation.

What is the best portal gun?
No published comparison establishes a strongest option. Rick Prime, Prototype, and Evil Morty are passes. Their descriptions do not specify damage.
Where is the value list?
There is no priced value list. Pass prices were not visible while the experience was private, so a value ranking would be made up.
